VIP Lounge

1. By purchasing the HKA VIP lounge voucher you shall deem to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Voucher is only eligible for a passenger who holds a valid boarding pass of HKA and access the HKA VIP lounge “Club Autus” (“Lounge”) located at Hong Kong International Airport.  Flights must be operated by HKA, Special flights or codeshare flights are not eligible.
3. The Voucher is in electronic form. Passengers are required to present the Boarding Pass together with the Voucher for verification purposes by the Lounge staff. The name that appears on the Voucher must be the same as the valid Hong Kong Airlines Boarding Pass.
4. The Voucher is valid for (365 days) from the date of purchase.
5. HKA will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer, mobile or internet network issues.
6. The opening hours of Lounge are from 06:30 a.m. to 02:30 a.m. (Hong Kong time) and shall subject to change without prior notice. For HX flights scheduled to depart from Hong Kong from 00:00a.m. to 06:00a.m., eligible passenger may access the lounge one day before and on the same date, subject to latest admission time.  The latest admission time is 00:59 a.m..
7. The scope and availability of Lounge services may vary from time to time during opening hours.  Lounge services may be limited or sold-out during the late-night hours and are subject to availability and first-come-first-served basis.  Please contact Lounge staff for more details.
8. Eligible passengers may enjoy the Lounge for a maximum of 4 hours, subject to the opening hours.  1 entry per voucher, any re-entries are not allowed.  If the passenger leaves the lounge before maximum 4-hour allowance is up, any time remaining will be forfeited. 
9. Each Voucher can only be used once; The Voucher can change names up to 3 times via mobile website login in value added orders. 

Hong Kong International Airport Meet & Greet

1. By purchasing the Airport Meet & Greet voucher you shall deem to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. “Meet & Greet” service coverage only encompasses Hong Kong International Airport, specific to outbound passengers departing from Hong Kong International Airport ONLY. Inbound passengers to HKG will not be included in the scope of service.
3. Hong Kong International Airport Meet & Greet Description

   Timeline	Content description
   Purchase time	Meet & Greet service must be purchased at least 24 hours before the departure time of the flight. Orders submitted within 24 hours prior to the departure time will not be accepted.
   Contact Time	The Specialist will contact you via email (dutydesk.hkg@hkairlines.com / vip.desk@hkairlines.com) or by phone or instant message within 24 hours of departure time of your flight to confirm the service time and location.
   Service Hours	Daily from 07:00 to 23:00
   Reservations are available	There are three time slots every day:   a. Morning Session (07:00 – 12:00) b. Afternoon Session (12:00 – 17:00) c. Evening session (17:00 – 23:00)

4. Passenger must be in possession of valid Hong Kong Airlines boarding pass
5. Each purchase will only allow a single use.
6. Airport Meet & Greet Service includes priority check-in, priority baggage handling, Meet & Greet service, expedited security screening via a dedicated lane, and priority boarding.
7. Services are all subject to availability. 
8. Meet & Greet is a non-refundable service, the only scenario where refunds are applicable is in event there is a involuntary flight cancellation, and refund applications must be submitted to Customer Service Centre within 90 days from the date of scheduled departure time.  Rebooking and/or rerouting is not applicable for all VIP services, VIP Lounge Voucher (Club Autus), HKG Airport Meet & Greet Voucher and both services packaged together. 
9. Partial usage of packaged services is non-refundable. 
10. A VIP service representative will be waiting at the Hong Kong Airlines check-in counter until check-in for the passenger's flight closes. No refund or replacement will be provided if they fail to arrive at the Hong Kong Airlines check-in counter at the scheduled time.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party’s rights or benefits.  Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and other languages versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.  The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
